Ten Points was founded in Norrtälje, outside Stockholm, 1983 under the name Gondor Sko and had several different brand names the first years. One of these was "Coldfighter", wich introduced one of the earliest industrial boots. The vision was to create quality shoes on the basis that each individual should feel just as special as we are convinced that each and every person is. The first years were marked by hard work finding the competent manufactures around the world as well as finding shoe dealers bold enough to back the new kid on the block.
In 1985 the first collection with the Ten Points brand was launched. It became a huge success and shortly thereafter the company was named after the shoes. The design was refined with each collection and the sense for trends was soon the main focus area.
Ten Points was given an even more refined fashion direction. Mainstream was no longer the key word and the design became even sharper and more on target.
Ten Points founder Antonio Gonalves was designated the Employer of the Year in the Municipality of Norrtälje. Ten Points in now one of scandinavias most purchased shoe brands.
A new era has begun and the head office is now in Ängelholm with showroom in Stockholm. Today the company is represented in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Czeck Republic and Estonia. Ten Points stands for quality shoes with scandinavian modern design and comfort.
